Ideal for rent by large families or a group of friends the Andaman Cove Penthouse is decorated in Evason style and comprises 3/ 4 bedrooms:
A master bedroom with king sized bed, en suite marble bathroom, work desk and Cable TV/Dvd player. Plus direct access to the Penthouse’s two huge sun terraces and their spectacular sun rises.
A large twin bedroom, next door to the master bedroom - perfect for any accompanying children.
A further double bedroom with a king sized bed and its own private balcony
A single bed in the kids room in the roof with lockable access to the Penthouse viewing balcony.
The Andaman Cove Penthouse Condos large living room comes with a fully stock-able bar, a western standard kitchen and a separate converted loft or kids den in the roof equipped with Television, Ps2/DvD and a host of games and movies. A single bed and sofas inside the Penthouse loft can provide an extra sleeping area for children or their nannies.
The Penthouse main lounge is fitted with a professional home cinema system. Equipped with, UBC True Satellite TV, Amplifier, 3 Front facing speakers, 2 in-ceiling speakers, IPod connection, projector and 92inch screen it provides the ultimate in home entertainment technology and an awe inspiring movie experience.
The most noteworthy features however are the spectacular views from the Penthouse lounge balcony, the separate viewing balcony and the 2 huge sun terraces complete with sun lounges, hammocks, day beds, garden furniture and outdoor rain shower! For those wishing to treat themselves the view alone from the Penthouse will be enough to take your breath away if the cinema system already hasn’t!
Disclaimer. Please note though we have had both elderly guests and families with young children stay in the Penthouse (who have enjoyed it very much without problem) we do not necessarily recommend it as a preferred Condo for such guests as there are three flights of steps to it. Please nb no refunds will be given on this basis so if this might pose difficulties please consider the Elysian and Eden condos instead; which are based on the ground floor and first floor respectively.
