Gwynfan is a great place to relax and unwind and a perfect base from which to explore central Wales.  The Brecon Beacons are to the South, Snowdonia to the North and the beautiful coastal town of Aberystwyth to the west. All are within a days trip away.

Gwynfan has panoramic views stretching right towards the Radnorshire forests and Brecon Beacons in the distance.  There are lots of wonderful walks, peaceful lanes to cycle and many mountain biking tracks.  This area is a bird watchers paradise with red kites filling the skies, natutre reserves, pony trekking and fishing are all on the doorstep.

This property has 3 large bedrooms (2 double and 1 twin bed room) a cot is available and can be placed in either room.  All beds are made up for guests arrival including towels.  The bedrooms are fully carpeted with large wardrobes, dressing table and bedside cabinets.

The bathroom has a bath and a separate shower cubicle with vanity unit.  The flooring is non-slip and guests receive a welcome soap and shampoo.

The large light living room is extremely comfortable with seating for 9 people, a new Flat Screen TV with freeview, DVD player, video player, DVD's, videos, books and childrens books and games.  The large bay window has pamoramic views of the welsh countryside which include the Radnorshire Hills and the Brecon Beacons.  An open fire place for those cold evenings and a cosy fully fitted carpet.  NEW INTERNET AND WIFI ACCESS.

The kitchen/diner has seating for 6 people + highchair.  This large open area is fully equipped for a home from home experience.  An electric cooker, grill, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster and fridge is fully available together with all utensils and cuttery.

A utility and large garage with a separate WC is also included with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, deep freeze, bins and recycling bins and BBQ.  The garage is large enough to store motor bikes, bikes and wheelchairs.  It is also a great place to dry outdoor coats, wellies and even the dogs muddy paws!

All guests have access to 3 lawned areas, patio and outdoor seating.  Enough parking for 3 cars.
