The Holiday Ferret, is a worldwide holiday and vacation rental site, which showcases owner properties directly to holiday makers and travellers. The Holiday Ferret does not charge commission on bookings, and only charges the self catering apartment owner an annual fee. This puts the owner in a very competitive position in a competitive market place.

The Holiday Ferret accepts properties from around the world, and markets accordingly. Each property that is listed on The Holiday Ferret receives front page exposure, and the first property that is signed on from each owner, receives an additional 3 months exposure, free.

There are additional marketing options for the owner to choose from to maximise exposure of their properties to a wider audience. The owner can choose from different account types which cater for the number of properties they wish to advertise on The Holiday Ferret.

From the tourist and traveller perspective, the properties are easy to find and most countries in the world have at least one property listed. The site also features travel and tourist news and views which keep travellers informed and up to date with related events around the world, together with interesting tourist and travel guides that make for interesting reading.
