FTL Vacation Rental offers 1, 2 & 3 bedroom properties in Fort Lauderdale FL; fully furnished, tons of amenities and very reasonably priced.  Plus, we are locally owned company and offer you exceptional service.



All of our properties have been renovated, are in very quiet, tropical neighborhoods and are centrally located -- near the beach and downtown.  There is a full grocery store, restaurants and 24 hour Walgreens (convenience/drug store) within a few short blocks.



All of our units, 1, 2 & 3 bedroom, include every amenity you'll need for your stay including a full kitchen, in-unit washer-dryer, central air conditioning, satellite TV, DVD player, local phone service, wireless internet, ceiling fans, private tropical yard with outdoor furniture, all linens

(including beach towels) and so much more.



Every unit can sleep extra people on a pull out couch or futon in the living room. Every bedroom has a queen-size bed. Kitchens include all your pots and pans, dishes, cookware, microwave, full-size appliances and coffee maker.



All FTL Vacation Rental properties are non-smoking and we have a strict no-pets policy.



Off-Season rates (May-Dec) are just $79/night for any of our units (except holidays and special events.) Monthly rates start at $1250.

In-Season rates (Dec-Apr) start at just $109/night, $690/week or $2100/month for our 1 bedroom property.

JAN-APR 2012: Our 2 bed 2 bath rates (pictures on this site in the photos) start at $1095 per week or $185 per night. Monthly available at $3200.  Check rates below, but you can see our website for even better specials!
+11% required sales tax. No extra charges EVER.  NO cleaning fees.

We also offer similar rates for our 3 bedroom, 2 bath that can also
sleep up to 8 people. Or, for the budget conscious, we have

*There is a $50. per person charge for groups over 6.
