Eagle Hill Cottage is great value for money as it sleeps 7 people. As the cottage is a very old building, it has lots of character compared to new builds, yet it has all the modern features of a new house. The cottage is very homely with a working wood burning stove and firewood supplied for those cosy nights in.

The outside patio has great views of Berehaven Harbour. It is a great area to enjoy a glass of wine and relax. The nearest house is a half a mile away so you have plenty of privacy.

The house consists of 3 double bedrooms, one with a single and double bed. The original stone interior wall has been kept in the dining area. The cottage is deceptively spacious with open plan oak kitchen with integrated applicances, living area and dining area.

The utility room houses the washing machine and separate dryer as well as hot press and cupboard with extra ware.

There is a toilet and shower enclosure downstairs with bathroom and shower upstairs also.

Central heating is available throughout the cottage as well as solar panels.
