Clean, Comfortable, cozy cottage and motel rooms, and larger units for Families or Special Occations. Our rates are very moderate, it's a great stroll to the beach, and the summer trolley can take you into Kennebunkport, Wells, or Ogunquit.


 
Price, Terms & Payment:

MC, Visa, Discover, Amex, Cash, and Travel Checks accepted.

One night's stay deposit is taken with reservation for short stays, 2 nights' deposit for longer stays, the balance is due upon arrival.

We require 14 days advance notice in event of a cancelation, and weekly bookings need to be re rented before a refund is given. Once the reservation is processed there is always a $25 book keeping fee.

Check In is anytime after 2 PM, Check Out is 10 AM.  We prefer to be notified of very late arrivals.
